A presentation site. The prices shown are indicative starting points and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding quote is issued after the initial conversation and once the scope is defined in writing.

Work begins with a services contract setting out scope, timelines, rate and invoicing. For emergency work I can start before signature, on written email confirmation, with paperwork completed within five working days.

I invoice as a Romanian registered sole trader (PFA), without VAT. Invoicing in EUR or GBP is available for clients outside Romania. Default payment terms are fifteen days from issue unless the contract says otherwise. Retainers are invoiced monthly and accompanied by an activity report with hours itemised.

On-site travel is invoiced separately, at a figure agreed before the trip.

I guarantee the work is carried out with professional diligence, that every intervention has a verified backup and a rollback plan before it starts, and that you receive documentation of what I changed.

I fix, at no cost, for thirty days, any defect arising directly from my work, under the agreed conditions of use.

I do not guarantee the operation of systems I do not manage, of systems modified by third parties after handover, or of hardware and services supplied by others. I do not guarantee recovery of data for which no working backup existed before my involvement.

My liability is limited to the value of the services invoiced for the work in question, except where the law provides otherwise.

Everything I see in your infrastructure stays confidential. The case studies published on this site are anonymised: no client names, IP addresses, system names or other identifying details. I sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, before any access.

Any disagreement is resolved amicably first. Failing that, the courts of Iași, Romania have jurisdiction and Romanian law applies. Consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
