The contact form collects your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the budget range you select and the text of your message. There are no tracking cookies and no analytics installed on this site.

The server running the site keeps technical access logs, which include IP addresses, for diagnostics and to rate-limit abusive submissions.

To reply to your enquiry and, if we go ahead, to prepare the quote and the contract. The lawful basis is the legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry that you sent me.

Messages reach me by email. The email provider and the server hosting provider process the data technically, as processors. I do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for marketing.

Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is kept for a maximum of twenty-four months. Documents relating to a contract are kept for the statutory accounting retention periods.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to [email protected] and I will handle the request within thirty days. If my answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or to your own national supervisory authority.

On infrastructure projects I may have technical access to systems holding my clients’ data or their users’ data. That access is granted under a contract and, on request, a non-disclosure agreement; it is limited to what the work strictly requires and is revoked when the work ends. I do not extract or retain copies of production data outside the agreed scope.
